Once again,FG fails to reach agreement with ASUU

      FG refuses to agree with the ASUU again after a long meeting.  The federal government and the Academic Staff Union of Universities ASUU locked in a crucial meeting armed at reopening negotiation over demands for improve funding for universities by the Latter

The meeting began today at about 5:30pm, was convened at the instance of the government through its representative and Minister of Education, Mallam Adamu Adamu to find a way in resolving the protracted issue that has resulted in the ongoing strike by the varsity teachers

Mr Ogunyemi said " the government appears insincere in relating with the lecturers. He also said *Struggle is still alive and the strike would continue*

Mr Ogunyemi however also warned the universities authorities against undermining the "Strike" by organising or attending meetings, examinations, lectures, convocations, conferences, or other activities during the strike.
